This hat sits high on the head. The base of the hat measures 9 inches / 23 cms side to side. It has an inner petersham head ribbon and is held in place with a comb and an elastic (that can be dyed to match your hair colour) which is worn invisibly to the back of the head under your hair. This hat can be worn both ways round! It will fit any head size.
